How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Italy and Canada takes an additional 4–9 business days, Monday to Friday.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend first checking the tracking number you received by email. If the issue persists, contact us at info@sawmaa.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Which courier services are available?
We work with several reliable carriers: in Italy with Poste Italiane, BRT, GLS and DHL; in Canada with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.
Is there a way to track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your order via our tracking page.
